Laura is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of global experience in financial services, consulting, technology and startups. Passionate about transforming the future of tech and STEM, she empowers the next generation of female leaders by tackling the root issue of early education. With a focus on strategic support, Laura aims to shatter barriers, ignite innovation, and create a more inclusive tomorrow while guiding international expansions and mentoring entrepreneurs for growth.

Geoff is a technologist who understands business, and has been solving business problems with the pragmatic use of IT for nearly 3 decades. He is passionate about the IT industry and how IT can improve business performance and society. He has an honours degree in Aerospace Engineering and further studies in IT and Engineering, is a former EY Entrepreneur of the Year winner and has had 4 start-ups recognised in national technology focussed fast growth surveys (BRW, CRN). He now shares his time between his own start-up ventures cevo.com.au, d6.com.au and arinco.com.au. He is also Deputy Chair of ASC Pty Ltd, Chairman of proptech startup RESO, and is anangel investor and advisory board member of various Adelaide based tech startups.
